I’m Stacy — a coach, recreation therapist, psychotherapist, lifelong adventurer, and multiple autoimmune thriver, dedicated to helping people create lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling, even in the face of chronic illness, pain, or injury.
Living with a chronic condition can feel overwhelming — like you're constantly adjusting to new limitations, battling fatigue, or questioning how to balance your health with the life you want to live.
